    incredible breakfast
    beautiful settings
    relaxation oasis
    loud surroundings
    hard mattress

I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a gem in the heart of Lisbon, just a short walk to several attractions, including Rossio Square and Bairro Alto. The breakfast was absolutely a highlight, with an incredible spread of fresh pastries and hot dishes served in beautiful settings, elevating the start of each day. I also loved the spa area. the Roman bath in particular was an oasis of relaxation. The welcoming staff made me feel at home, always attentive to any needs that arose, which enhanced my overall experience significantly.

    charming décor
    inviting courtyard
    insufficient gym equipment
    noticeable street noise

The palace's charm is captivating, with intricate antique décor and an inviting courtyard. The breakfast was a delightful experience but could benefit from more variety daily. However, the gym lacked sufficient equipment, and the noise from the surrounding streets was noticeable at night.

    elegant breakfast
    charming spa
    room refurbishing
    missing safe

    Not perfect, but worth it

The spa is brilliant, and the generous breakfast is served elegantly with a variety of fresh items and live music, creating a lovely atmosphere to start the day. Perfectly located with beautiful decor!

Some rooms lack a safe and may need refurbishing, which detracts from the otherwise charming ambiance.

We loved the beautiful, historic charm of the hotel. The spa was a fantastic perk that we enjoyed together, and the location made it easy for our family to explore local shops and restaurants. Plus, having our small dog with us made it feel even more special.

My wife says that the room was a bit tight for our family.
